Nature’s Cooling Micro-Climate
High-pressure cold mist systems replicate the refreshing feeling of mountain forests. By atomizing water into micro-droplets 10 microns in size, we achieve rapid cooling of up to 8°C. Ideal for outdoor restaurants and ecological parks.

Cold Mist Systems Procurement Planning
Choose a mist system around water quality, nozzle duty and the surrounding conditions. A visible mist effect is not a guaranteed temperature reduction; cooling performance depends on humidity, wind and placement.
Coverage and environmental conditions
- Provide mist-line length, nozzle elevation, occupied areas, wind exposure and seasonal temperature and relative humidity.
- Clarify whether the priority is decorative fog, localized cooling or both, and set acceptable surface wetting boundaries.
Pump, nozzle and filtration match
- Request each proposed nozzle orifice, flow rate and required working pressure, with the pump operating point and total simultaneous nozzle count.
- Use a source-water analysis to agree filtration, scale control and nozzle-material compatibility; do not select treatment by a generic micron claim alone.
Pipework and operating cycles
- Confirm pipe pressure rating, isolation zones, anti-drip arrangements and the flushing and drainage layout.
- Agree run and pause cycles, environmental controls and water-hygiene procedures with the responsible site operator.
Commissioning and maintenance
- Record pressure at the operating zones, nozzle uniformity, drift and wetting during the agreed site conditions.
- Specify filter service intervals, nozzle-cleaning methods, replacement parts and seasonal drain-down requirements.
